Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, reach, climb, work overhead, use ladders, carry paint and equipment, perform surface preparation and sanding, and complete repetitive painting tasks. Projects may be located throughout Northern Virginia, the DMV region, West Virginia Panhandle, Baltimore-area Maryland, and South Central Pennsylvania.
