The Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking and presenting dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Introduction: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team and prepare high-quality dishes for our guests.
The Line Cook handles all aspects of their cooking station - sets up, stock product, cook, and presents dishes according to SLS LUX recipes, cleans, sanitizes and maintains equipment, utensils and tools. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
p>The required skills for this position include a strong understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation, which will be utilized daily to create delicious meals. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Successful candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years' previous culinary experience and experience in preparing culinary products and cooking in high-volume environments.
