Working under the supervision of a manager, the Line Cook is repsonsible for various areas, including breakfast, dinner and banquets while ensuring a high level of food consistency and safety.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

• Associate's degree in culinary arts or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training.

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role in a high-volume restaurant.
