This is not a seat-filler role. Our client produces premium brand work across video, live events, and integrated campaigns — and they need an editor who shapes stories, not just assembles cuts.If you treat editing as a craft and hold yourself to a high standard across every frame, read on.What You'll Do<ul><li>Lead edits from concept through finish — owning narrative structure, pacing, tone, performance, and emotional arc</li><li>Contribute creative direction early in the process: concept hooks, story approaches, visual references</li><li>Collaborate with producers and PMs; take ownership of keeping projects moving</li><li>Execute finishing components including motion graphics (After Effects), typography, color (DaVinci Resolve or equivalent), music selection, sound design, and SFX polish</li><li>Partner with production teams and external vendors; hold the line on input quality (footage, design, audio)</li><li>Prep and QC deliverables for large-format LED screens and live event playback — non-standard resolutions, multi-screen formats, venue-specific specs</li><li>Present work to clients confidently and translate feedback into creative solutions without losing the integrity of the work</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>A reel/portfolio that demonstrates premium storytelling, visual taste, and craft</li><li>Sharp editorial instincts with a working understanding of the full post pipeline</li><li>Confidence owning creative decisions in front of both internal teams and clients</li><li>High ownership, collaborative mindset — you raise the bar without making it about you</li><li>Composure under pressure; solutions-oriented, not surprise-oriented</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro</li><li>Strong working knowledge of After Effects</li><li>Excellent visual sensibility — design, typography, layout</li><li>Solid color workflow fundamentals (DaVinci Resolve or comparable)</li><li>Audio fundamentals: dialogue cleanup, mix balance, music and SFX integration</li><li>Large-format deliverable experience: LED canvases, non-standard aspect ratios, safe zones, multi-output versions</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience pitching creative concepts to clients</li><li>Experience sourcing or leading shoots / working with production crews</li><li>Experience collaborating with CGI/3D teams</li><li>Live event post experience: ballrooms, conference stages, experiential installs, concerts</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit the following:<ul><li>Your reel/portfolio link</li><li>A brief note on your role in 2–3 featured pieces (concept, edit, motion, color, sound, etc.)</li><li>danieln@noorstaffing.com</li></ul>Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO. We are working with a growing technology-focused company in Irvine that is looking to add a Content Writer to their marketing team. This role will focus heavily on creating long-form B2B content, researching technical topics, and helping translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content that supports marketing and customer education initiatives.Desired Skills • 2–3 years of experience in B2B content writing, technical writing, or content marketing environments • Strong writing and research skills with the ability to create clear, accurate long-form content from complex subject matter • Experience writing digital content such as blogs, landing pages, email copy, whitepapers, or educational materials • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers or internal subject matter experts to gather information and support content development*Hybrid Role*This is a hybrid role based in Irvine with approximately 80–90% of the position focused on writing and content creation. The environment is collaborative but self-driven, with strong growth potential into broader content and marketing responsibilities over time.
