BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment * At least one year of retail management experience * Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including strong relationship-building skills * Ability to train staff and ensure their professional development as well as to establish relationships and utilize staff skills * Ability to stand for almost the entire day or move around on the floor or in the warehouse * Ability to maneuver merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs * Physical activities include repetitive movements such.
