What You'll Be Doing • Develop and execute communication strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals, priorities, values, and culture • Advise departments on ways to engage and inform coworkers • Write, edit, and distribute content across email, intranet, digital signage, newsletters, video, mobile, and collaboration platforms • Tailor communication for diverse audiences, with a strong focus on frontline and non-desk coworkers • Experiment with new communication formats and approaches • Plan, coordinate, and support coworker engagement initiatives, including Town Halls and appreciation events • Implement listening tools to identify communication gaps and opportunities • Ensure communications reflect Ozinga's voice, tone, and visual identity • Champion consistency in messaging and design across communication channels • Develop and track communication KPIs related to effectiveness, reach, and engagement • Use analytics to refine communication strategies and report impact You May Be a Good Fit If You Have • Eight or more years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field • Experience developing and executing communication campaigns that supported business objectives • Experience creating content across multiple channels and audience types • Experience communicating with frontline, field-based, or non-desk employee populations • Experience using SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and communication analytics tools • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment About Ozinga Ozinga is a fifth-generation, family-owned company whose purpose is to make a positive impact on people, their families, and the communities we serve.
