Advise on compliance with federal and state securities laws, including reporting and disclosure requirements; contribute to and collaborate with other Strategy departments on the preparation and review of SEC filings, including proxy statements, Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, and Section 16 filings; support investor relations and external communications, including press releases, earnings announcements and scripts, investor presentations, and other marketing materials; monitor and interpret regulatory developments affecting the Company''s operations.
