Five Below is seeking a Corporate Counsel to serve as a key legal partner across the legal department, providing support and advice in areas including employment, intellectual property, commercial transactions, procurement, securities and governance, employment, real estate, intellectual property, litigation, and risk management/insurance. Advise on multi-state employment compliance for a large hourly retail workforce, including wage and hour, scheduling, leave, pay transparency, and workplace safety; support responses to agency charges, audits, and employment claims, and partner with outside counsel on single-plaintiff and class or collective matters.
