At least five (5) years’ experience as a Program Manager managing large, complex, service type, performance-based government contracts with multi-disciplinary staff (200 person or more) multiple functional areas including program management, business operations, HR, procurement-subcontracts, contracts, operations, labor negotiations, CE, and logistics support with a value of over $40M per year.
