The ideal candidate is a hands-on, experienced accounting leader with a strong public company background, deep technical accounting expertise, the ability to manage tight deadlines, develop high-performing talent, and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This role will work closely with the Controller - Operational Accounting and senior finance leadership to lead the monthly close process, manage quarterly and year-end SEC reporting, strengthen financial controls, and drive continuous improvement of accounting operations.
