Assisting with all areas of transactional work, such as stock financings, by maintaining, researching, and analyzing corporate records and capitalization tables, transaction checklists, document and deliverable trackers, closing documents and certificates, and reviewing and finalizing closing documents for execution. This role will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of emerging company clients, including startups and venture-backed businesses, as well as liaising effectively with clients, investors, other stakeholders, internal teams, and third parties to efficiently deliver a top-tier work product.
