Assess strategic financial alternatives through merger consequences analyses, including accretion and dilution, leveraged buyout, discounted cash flow, sum-of-parts, public trading comparables, precedent transactions, and IRR or ROI returns modeling. The Opportunity: Serve as a leader on the Corporate Development team, supporting the deal lifecycle across strategy, valuation, financial modeling, and negotiation for joint ventures, minority investments, and mergers and acquisitions.
