Responsibilities: * Act as the lead legal partner for business units, advising on product development, technology, and commercial strategy * Negotiate and draft complex commercial, technology, and licensing agreements * Monitor regulatory changes, ensure compliance, and develop internal policies to mitigate risk * Manage IP portfolios, data protection, and privacy issues * Coordinate with outside law firms for litigation and specific, high-stakes matters * Provide guidance to junior legal team members and influence cross-group projects Requirements: * Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school * Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction * 7+ years of legal experience from either a law firm or in-house organization * Proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw/LexisNexis), case management software, and document management systems Come and join our Sparkling team!
