Job Responsibilities File and serve complaints, proofs of service, other pleadings, motions and trial documents and strong experience and knowledge of court filing systems, procedures, and requirements of State and Federal Courts. Assist with propounding and responding to various forms of discovery, such as written discovery, setting depositions, responding to demands for physical examinations, with extensive knowledge of the notice and deadline requirements of discovery.
