The facilitator will partner with onboarding teams, human resources, functional leaders, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs. The Learning Program Facilitator will join a growing learning team and deliver training for corporate and operational employees, including leasing, resident management, contact center, sales, marketing, and support teams.
