Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, coordinators, and campus partners; facilitate student assistant training and workshops; develop clear training and resource materials; and support equitable access to tutoring, academic support, and student success services. Ability to use EAB Navigate and related reporting tools to train users, compile and prepare student service data, track participation and resource utilization, respond to student alerts, and provide timely information regarding tutoring, academic support, and available campus resources.
