Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: High School Diploma and some collegecredits if hired 12/31/1999 or earlier Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field if hired 1/1/2000 or later Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Preferred: 2 Years of experience with client with severe and persistent mental illness License, Registry or Certification: Required: Preferred: Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Knowledge of the DSM-5 Clinician demonstrates knowledge of evidenced based practices in the provision of care included but not limited to: Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Universal Screening for SUD. When determining an applicants hourly rate and/or base salary, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of relevant experience, education, internal equity, and specialty).
