Translating : Understanding the law ( e.g. , data privacy, IP, antitrust, TILA/Reg Z, ECOA/Reg B, FCRA/Reg V, UDAAP), understanding the business and the auto industry, knowing the technology itself (AI, APIs, OSS, machine learning) and exhibiting an innate desire to learn along with it. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Strategic Advice : Understanding the auto finance business, technology, and the rapidly evolving landscapes for both, fostering innovation through an understanding of the applicable laws, and charting a course for rolling out, marketing, and selling innovative products where no clear roadmap exists.
