Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Clinical Operations Manager, the Milieu Counselor is responsible for managing the milieu through client engagement and crisis intervention, as well as facilitating groups and activities as needed. De-escalate struggling patients in the community with an understanding of crisis management techniques to reduce overall incidents and need for manual holds.
