This role partners closely with executive leadership, operations, project management, and accounting teams to drive profitability, improve financial performance, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision-making. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, subcontract agreements, Schedule of Values (SOV) development and management, progress billings, pay applications, lien waivers, lien rights, retainage accounting, and change order management.
