Job Duties: Directs and coordinates activities of P&P staff in the delivery of services entailing release, intensive probation supervision, intensive incarceration/intensive parole program, sheriff's maintenance program, and highly sensitive and complex criminal justice investigations for various decision makers in the Criminal Justice system, including Judges, the Parole Board, Pardon Board, Governor's Office, and Interstate Compact, etc. Three years of experience as a probation or parole officer, or in counseling, psychology, social work, education, criminal justice, or administrative services plus a master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, education, business administration, public administration, or a criminal justice field.
