Advanced knowledge of nursing practice and clinical informatics strongly preferred; Demonstrated ability to analyze and redesign clinical workflows and translate clinical needs into technology requirements strongly preferred; Working knowledge of EHR, clinical and administrative applications, and related digital platforms strongly preferred; Ability to use data and reporting tools to evaluate practice and outcomes strongly preferred; Project planning, organization, risk/issue identification, and stakeholder communication skills strongly preferred; Strong written/verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and change/adoption skills strongly preferred; Ability to collaborate effectively with nursing leaders, clinicians, IT professionals, educators, and cross-functional teams strongly preferred. Consults with Digital Strategy and Innovation team members, nursing leadership, clinical and departmental stakeholders, IT, training teams, nursing professional development, and practice/shared-governance committees regarding the effective use and adoption of digital health tools.
