Responsibilities The Client Service Specialist – Home Care and Healthcare Staffing Coordinator provides overall non-clinical management of a group of patients as organized and assigned, making sure the patients are safe in their homes with adequate staff and that nursing personnel are operating effectively with physician orders.<ul><li>Receives and coordinates home care and staffing referrals, to include appropriate authorization</li><li>Assigns qualified personnel competent to work cases, including rescheduling cancellations</li><li>Supports Branch recruitment efforts to include hiring adequate field staff to cover existing and growing census</li><li>Ensures compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements</li><li>Counsels field employees involving violation of non-clinical matters</li><li>Initiates complaint and service failure reporting and investigation, including appropriate and ongoing resolution</li><li>Exemplifies awesome company standards</li></ul> Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Position Overview
The Associate Clinical Specialist independently provides customer support of Fujifilms ES equipment in the Endoscopy department and/or specified departments. This role manages all relevant equipment and uses its own judgement and decision-making skills to provide troubleshooting and training for the proper handling of our equipment. This position provides on-site, hands-on client support for Fujifilm Endoscopys entire product catalog for assigned customers. It serves as the primary clinical resource for the Company and its sales team regionally and handles all related inquiries and issues.The ACS partners with and provides training to all members of the customers staff, including physicians, reprocessing department, technicians, and nurses to independently manage and maintain customers Fujifilm equipment. Furthermore, it provides service to additional customers within the zone as required. This position reports directly to the Zone Sales Director or Regional Manager.Company Overview
