The ideal candidate brings deep operational leadership experience within RPO, or talent services, with a proven ability to design scalable delivery models, lead multi-country recruiting operations, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Technology to deliver enterprise-grade RPO solutions across the Americas. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs) required, MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
