Proficiency in tenant and property expense reconciliations (CAM Reconciliations), ability to perform forensic accounting analysis', create, review, and administer expense pools in accordance with the lease agreements in place, ability to identify controllable vs non-controllable expenses and expense caps. Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Yardi Commercial Voyager with regard to navigating reports, budgets, expense recoveries, and tenant expense pools.
