The CRM Analyst manages the third-party implementation partner (BDO Digital) through discovery, solution blueprint, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT, training, and go-live, ensuring the delivered solution meets the needs of more than 1,500 distributors and supports the roughly 500,000 annual requests flowing through the Extranet today. The CRM Analyst is a hands-on functional role responsible for the strategy, configuration, and day-to-day operation of Bel Fuse’s customer relationship management platforms, with primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and ongoing administration of the existing Salesforce CRM environment.
