Responsibilities also include ThreatDown anti-virus administration, Crowdstrike administration, migrating data from on-premises file servers to Microsoft SharePoint, certificate creation through infrastructure provided tools, process tickets regarding onboarding & offboarding of employees and providing general Tier 3 support for these enterprise tools. Reporting to the Senior Director, End User Computing & Email Systems, the Manager, Endpoint Security & M365 Engineering is responsible for administering Windows security patching using Intune, SCCM, and PatchMyPC, as well as the day-to-day engineering and management of the M365 environment.
