City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Santa Barbara County or Ventura County Area. This position is $125,000 - $150,000 OTE first year with generous base salary, car/phone allowance, and rewarding commission/bonus opportunity!City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Santa Barbara County or Ventura County Area. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and producing new client business. You will be in charge of the full sales cycle, from cold-calling and lead generation to closing deals. We are looking for self-starters with a hunter’s mentality, who are motivated by the opportunity to earn significant sales commissions, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals to achieve sales goals.</li><li>Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations to initiate the sales process.</li><li>Build rapport with potential accounts, explain our service capabilities, and prepare contracts to close sales.</li><li>Utilize and manage customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain and track all client and lead information.</li></ul>At City Wide Facility Solutions, we are leaders in the building maintenance industry, serving communities across the U.S. and Canada.
