Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift, move, or handle production materials as required Ability to work safely indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, with exposure to dust, fumes, and other typical manufacturing environment conditions. The Slitter Operator is also responsible for inspecting finished rolls, completing production documentation, maintaining equipment, and supporting continuous improvement through adherence to established operating procedures.
