Rooted in the USMC values of honor, courage, and commitment, Terrestris seeks to deliver extraordinary value to the American people by helping the Government become more efficient and effective.So, what will the Instructional Systems Specialist atTerrestris do?As the Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS), you will support the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and/or life cycle management of Computer Scientists (CS) and Digital Operations Specialists (DOS) training programs. As the ISS you will focus on curriculum development, adhering to required formats such as the ADDIE model for FLETA accreditation.<a name="_Hlk184208800"></a>What does a typical day look like for the Instructional Systems Specialist?You will:<ul><li>Define and develop a clear understanding of the
 training to be developed and the people to be trained.</li><li>Design the training course or program, target audience, program
 duration, learning objectives, instructional strategies, delivery medium,
 evaluation strategy, etc.</li><li>Generate instructional materials for both students and
 instructors.</li><li>Apply instructional systems design (ISD) methodologies such as
 ADDIE, SAM, or Agile for end-to-end course development.</li><li>Validate training.</li><li>finalize all training materials.</li><li>Oversee the delivery of the instruction for traditional classroom
 instruction and/or virtual training.</li><li>Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of instruction.</li></ul>What qualifications do you look for?You might be the professional we're looking for if you have:<ul><li>Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without sponsorship.</li><li>An Active Top-Secret / SCI Clearance.</li><li>A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design,
 Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of (10) years of experience as an
 Instructional Systems Specialist.</li><li>Familiarity with Instructional Systems Design
 models (e.g., ADDIE).</li><li>Proficiency with eLearning tools such as
 Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and LMS platforms.</li><li>Experience working with technical subject
 matter, ideally in cybersecurity, computer science, or digital forensics.</li><li>Strong project management, interpersonal, and
 written communication skills.</li></ul>We are extra impressed by folks with:<ul><li>Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field.</li><li>Experience developing training in a law enforcement, intelligence,
 or military context.</li><li>Familiarity with FBI or federal government training environments.</li><li>Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, digital forensics
 tools, or scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).</li><li>Experience with scenario-based training and problem-based learning
