Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: As an instructional Leader, the Director of Instruction and Curriculum will collaborate with the Executive Director and Principal in overseeing curriculum development, alignment, instruction, assessments, and professional development for the staff. + Prepares academic data reports key to making responsive and timely data-driven decisions with action plans to adjust instructional practices.
