As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will: Serve as a learning consultant and strategic business partner by collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to diagnose performance and business needs, identify root causes, establish learning strategies, and design learning and non-learning solutions that translate complex business and regulatory requirements into measurable business outcomes. Lead in-person and virtual facilitation efforts that build organizational capability by guiding learners, leaders, and senior leaders through meaningful discussions, experiential activities, and collaborative learning experiences that support performance and business outcomes.
