The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality learning content that strengthens franchisee and HQ capability across SERVPRO’s Schools of Learning (Restoration, Construction, Office, Biz Dev, Leadership, Onboarding, etc.). Reporting to the Director, Instructional Design, the Instructional Designer ensures content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with SERVPRO’s brand, operational expectations, and learning strategy.
