In addition to the contracted .30 FTE assignment, the role includes 10 additional days outside the regular contract to support summer curriculum work, professional learning planning, and district-wide instructional initiatives. Works with building principals and teams to develop and implement the school improvement process (data analysis, goal setting, action plans, etc).
