Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, with a strong emphasis on digital and video-based learning • Demonstrated experience creating instructional videos and multimedia learning content • Hands-on experience with Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and PowerPoint (or comparable tools) • Experience writing instructional copy, scripts, and storyboards for video and eLearning • Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally • Ability to translate complex technical or legal information into clear, learner-focused content • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 2-3 days per quarter) • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field • Experience supporting public safety, law enforcement, or regulated industries • Experience localizing training for specific regions, countries, or jurisdictions • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and data-informed content iteration • Experience developing multi-modal learning solutions (video, eLearning, facilitator-led, job aids).
