Fluency in SharePoint (site design, content management, permissions), Microsoft Stream/Clipchamp (video scripting, recording, editing, publishing), and PowerPoint (executive-quality presentations, training decks, visual communications). This is a fully remote but supporting PST hours, hands-on, production-focused role reporting to the GTS OCM Director, working alongside a Senior Change Manager who owns strategy, stakeholder relationships, and change methodology.
