Comprehensive critical care experience including rapid sequence intubations, central line placements, arterial lines, ventilator management, vasopressors, and advanced ICU skills. 24-bed adult Intensive Care Unit with 1:2 patient ratios (may adjust to 1:3 for PCU patients or 1:1 for higher acuity cases including IABP, CRRT, and open hearts).
