Tasks may include but are not limited to dry and wet mop floors, scrub and buff floors with rotor and other machines, vacuum carpets to clean and control bacteria, transport and dispose of trash, perform special cleaning of induction units, walls, lighting fixtures, and windows, both inside and outside, move furniture and set up meeting rooms. Collect soiled linen, assist in cleaning emergency spills that are observed or as requested, maintain assigned equipment for cleanliness and request repairs when needed, report need for repairs to equipment, furniture, building and fixtures.
