The individual should possess: (1) At least 1 year of Volvo Retailer work experience plus completion of the requirements below; (2) at least 5 years equivalent Service Technician experience plus the completion of the requirements below; or (3) equivalent current off-brand manufacturer certifications (example: Jaguar, Land Rover, Toyota, Lexus, etc.) plus completion of the requirements below: UTI or equivalent training or Dealership approved training. Maintains communication with Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager (ASM) if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promise time.
