The successful candidate will bring a strong transformational mindset, champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles, challenge legacy ways of working, simplify processes, and help leverage AI and digital tools to improve the employee experience, strengthen talent capability, and advance business results. In this role, you will partner closely with site leaders, the Americas HR Team, Centers of Expertise, and Business HR teams to deliver HR programs and provide overall HR ownership for the employee life cycle at the site, including attraction, onboarding, development, engagement, performance, employee relations, retention, and transition support.
