6 months experience in a clinical role in a healthcare facility• Completion of two or more additional pre-approved trainings, certifications, or continuing education courses related to clinical practice in assigned area within 6 months of hire• Demonstration of additional competencies designated within area of hire, such as: pediatric responsibilities, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Care Management, Team Based Care, EPIC proficiencies, etc. or competencies across multiple specialties, experience with Revenue Cycle tasks such as surgery scheduling or front desk duties, experience and/or ability to coordinate schedules and performance management for Clinical Assistant team(s) within 6months of hire. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the direct supervision and delegation of a physician and supports providers, residents, medical students, and clinical staff through a team‑based approach to patient care.
