R&DE Finance & Administration, which includes the Finance, Budget Management, and Vendor Management & Contracts teams, provides innovative and sound financial management, implements policies and procedures, provides strategic and long-range planning, and coordinates all aspects of purchasing, contracts, and vendor relationships. May include identifying potential vendors, preparing Request for Quotations (RFQ), Requests for Proposals (RFP), conducting site visits, obtaining bids, preparing and evaluating bids, and negotiating with suppliers.
