The successful candidate will possess the following required qualifications, experience, skills, and attributes: A minimum of three years of experience in Federal contracting or procurement; Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and other Federal regulations; Ability to learn and apply GHD policies and procedures quickly; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Computer savvy with capability to quickly learn new software tools; Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and efficiently with members of GHD's Legal, Risk & Compliance Team, Operations, and other Teams; Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation, drafting, and conflict resolution skills; Self-starter, creative, a team player, good judgment, and possess the ability to work with limited direction; and. Assist Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer in advising US Business regarding a variety of related compliance matters associated with government contracting regulations (e.g., privacy, data security, data management, data sovereignty, and data breach response, anti-spam compliance, and cybersecurity).
