Manages services and activities of clinical service/profit centers, Manages performance of staff and promotes high morale, Assists Director in meeting departmental goals/objectives, and promotes and directs a cost-effective operation. The person in this position frequently communicates with Clinic staff, such as providers, patients, call center representatives, receptionists, Patient Financial Services, Managed Care, specialty pharmacies, etc.
