This position works closely with customers and on-site KANE management to handle various product inquiries, special requests, or discrepancies, shipping and receiving as well as billing and invoicing. This role partners closely with customers, the on‑site management team, and warehouse personnel to ensure efficient handling of inquiries, orders, shipments, and billing.
