Performing routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on facility infrastructure, utility systems, and building components, including lighting, plumbing, doors, walls, flooring, HVAC, compressed air, and water systems. The Utilities Technician supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facility infrastructure and utility systems through preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and general facility upkeep.
