The Manager, Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in the Department of Surgery, Division of Solid Organ Transplant, provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for a team of Advanced Practice Providers and/or Specialty Registered Nurses within the specialized area of solid organ transplant care. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient- and family-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings and supports the transplant program's mission by maintaining compliance with CMS and OPTN/UNOS requirements, ensuring regulatory readiness, overseeing program operations and workforce management, promoting patient safety, and advancing quality and performance outcomes.
