Maintain the building and grounds through preventive maintenance, inspections, and day-to-day facility support• Repair basic wear or damage to facility areas, including doors, windows, drains, lighting, and other building needs• Monitor building and grounds needs, including public walkways, parking areas, landscaping, and other shared spaces• Coordinate with outside vendors to support building systems, snow removal, lawn care, landscaping, drains, and other facility maintenance needs. Bring practical maintenance experience and experience using basic tools to troubleshoot and complete repairs• Take initiative, stay organized, and work independently while supporting a variety of building and grounds needs• Communicate clearly with team and outside vendors to help keep facility work moving.
