Program ManagerMacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FLFull Time | On-Site | Contingent Upon AwardSynertex LLC is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to support the anticipated USCENTCOM CCJ8 Decision Support, Analytical & Data/AI Integration Services program at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL.RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary point of contact and interface between the contractor team and USCENTCOM CCJ8 leadership, the Contracting Officer (CO), and the COR.Provide overall management, oversight, and coordination of all contractor and subcontractor personnel to ensure compliance with the requirements in the Task Order Request (TOR).Oversee cross-functional integration of technical disciplines, including ORSA, Modeling & Simulation, Wargaming/Joint Warfighting Concepts, Requirements Analysis, Software Development, Financial Management, and Data/AI Integration, ensuring coherent, timely support to CCJ8's mission. Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity/DevSecOps, records management, and information security requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 20000-1 where applicable).Manage financial performance of the contract, including budget analysis, funds tracking, and coordination with the company's cost accounting/purchasing systems to ensure compliance with contract type (T&M/LH, FFP, CPIF, CPAF as applicable).Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, staffing gaps, and capability shortfalls that could affect mission support.
