Total Tool SupplyNewCustomer Service Representative Total Tool SupplyCustomer Service RepresentativeSaint Paul, MNResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Learn about and become part of the industrial Crane and Hoist industry* Build and maintain exceptional relationships with internal and external customers* Process invoices for Crane and Hoist division inspections, services, and installations* Receive payments for subcontractor and vendor invoices* Assist with writing and following up on quotes, sales orders, repair orders, purchase orders, and returns* Provide support to Outside Sales team* Perform other duties as assignedPAY RANGE:$23-$26 per hour, based on experience.
